Bas Stubert

It is Bas' great desire to incorporate the essence of the location into the photograph in a natural and original way and amongst peers Bas' style of natural framing is highly regarded. Still searching for the ultimate photograph, Bas has visited quite a few different places and locations worldwide in this ever ongoing quest. Although Bas has shown to be a versitale photographer one subject in particular lies very close to the heart: The world of aviation.

Photography I find to be unruly, like man. I can't put my finger on it (yet), what works and what doesn't, and how, and why. Along the way I try to create images that might inspire others, like I myself continuously am inspired by photographs, paintings, movies, books and music.
